    Due to poor weather conditions the Heritage Shops at 309 Water Street, second floor Avalon Mall and inside Departures at the St. John’s Airport will delay opening this morning with an update at 11:00 AM.  NOTE: The Heritage Shop on 158 Duckworth Street is open for business.
