We are recruiting! We are currently building a database for part-time Retail Associates at our Heritage Shops. We have three locations in St. John’s that are open year-round (Water Street, Duckworth Street and the St. John’s Airport (inside departures) and six that are open seasonally located in National Historic Sites around the province.

The Historic Sites Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (HSA) is a local, non-profit organization that works in partnership with Parks Canada. The HSA operates the Heritage Shops, which are located in nine locations around the province. The profits from the Heritage Shops go towards projects of the HSA which support the stories of Signal Hill, Cape Spear, Heritage Fairs, L’Anse aux Meadows and much more.

Retail Associates play a supporting role to Heritage Shop Supervisors. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining organized displays, restocking and inventory, and processing sales.
Some ideal qualities you possess:
- You have previous retail experience
- You are passionate about this province with some experience with NL tourism
- You are professional, and enjoy working in a customer service oriented environment
- You are reliable and self-motivated.
