Provincial Winner

The Historic Sites Association is proud to announce the winners of the 2018 Design and Story Contest! Eight winners were chosen from across the province and will receive $50 prizes. One overall provincial winner was chosen and will be awarded with a $200 prize and his design will be featured on this spring's official Heritage Fair t-shirt.

The Design and Story contest is held each year by the Historic Sites Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (HSA) as a warm-up for the Heritage Fairs. Students from Grade 4 to Level III interpret the annual theme in drawings and accompanying stories. This year's theme was "Lessons from Our Past, Shaping Our Future - Les Leçons de Notre Passé, Façonnent Notre Avenir".
